Welcome to my website!

Passionnate about IT since my youngest age, I obtained a University Diploma in Technology with a specialization in Computer Sciences in Lyon. During this 2-years course, I went abroad for a semester, at Teesside University, England. After that, I obtained my Master Degree in IT Methods applied to Business Management at the University of Bordeaux.

This path led me to the International Technical Support of the company Esker, where I used my technical and communication skills to help our customers while using several languages.

In 2019, Esker created a Customer Experience team, dedicated to customer success, that I naturally joined as a Customer Success Manager.
